immunity 🤧😷
So my son and I are at a daycare mon-fri. I am a teacher and he is in the waddler class. Anywho we both have gotten so sick croup ear infection eye infection and I've had the flu and bronchitis and now another cold. I want to know if there is ant recommend supplements we could take to boost our immune system. Thank you
