TMI I need help

ok so I was suppose to start my period today but AF hasn't come in .. Every time I wipe myself this brown small clots come along.. Can it be implantation bleeding or just late on my period? i took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and was negative.. earlier the dots was just one but looked liked the size of a booger and dark drown as well..
