Alittle Help Please! Pregnant?

i had was spotting light pink 2days brown 3rd day then pink red tge last 2 days started on 1/9 to 1/14 after that i started having watery discharge like i leaked on my self check it wasnt pee been having this since i stop spotting n still till this day 1/17 i have back pain and cramping any advice on wats going on i seen some post about watery discharge relateing to implantation i was gonna test in thr moring or thr next day i just dont wanna b disappointed again so trying to see if anyone experienced this n got positive result
