My friend is married n she is currently separated but still legally married n no longer living with him due to being on bad terms but they have a child together .. she moved out and is currently living between her grandmothers home and friend home! They have joint bank account but it’s not her money ... she put $0 on the application because she doesn’t have any money and it’s not hers. She so filed homeless And needs food for herself n child She doesn’t work at all so she will she be in trouble for fraud? She didn’t lie ....so her questions are!
Will they put him on child support ?
Can she cancel the benefits if she decides to move back?
Should cancel now or would it look suspicious?
Should she receive them a few weeks?
Or seek legal advice in case they think it’s fraud?
