I have my first OB appointment tomorrow and I am so nervous. I know I probably won’t have an ultrasound due to the fact I had some early scans, so I am disappointed by that. I am hoping my doctor will at least try to hear the heartbeat with the doppler. I am scared something will be wrong with baby or myself. We had two early miscarriages last year, so I am always worried about something going wrong.

I know I will have blood drawn, urine collected and probably a pap - anything else I should expect?

I will be 12w5d for tomorrow’s appointment.
