IS THIS NORMAL??

These past 2 weeks my doctor has checked my cervix and I have not dialated at all yet. :/ I am 36 weeks today. Is this normal to not be dialated yet at 36? when did you ladies start to dialate?

Doctors normally don’t check for dilation until 36 weeks. & a lot of people stay at a certain number for weeks with no change. It can take sometime.

most doctors don’t even start checking dilation until 36 weeks. mine doesn’t even do it then unless you ask. id say it’s normal.

It’s normal, I was induced at 37 weeks due to having Gestational Diabetes and low amount of fluid around baby. I wasn’t dilated at all so it took almost a week and 2 attempts to work
