I’m 12 weeks and this morning I started bleeding heavy. It subsided fast and within an hour or 2 it had stopped. I’m cramping but it’s mild cramping. I went to the er and they diagnosed it as a threatened miscarriage. They did a belly ultrasound and baby still had a heartbeat of 160. They ran tests and everything looked good there. They didn’t find a reason why I was bleeding. I go to the ob tomorrow to do a follow up us. Has anyone else experienced the same thing and everything be good?
