Heartburn from hell!!

So I’ve had heartburn ever since I started the second trimester. I’m going to be 28 weeks on Saturday and my heartburn is getting worse. Tonight I actually threw up because it was so bad and I took tums after and I still have heartburn!!! Helppppp!!!
