Supply issue beginning?

Had my baby 6 days ago and I spend 4 of those days engorged constantly and today I’m not enforced at all, is this normal or am I starting to lose supply and if so how can I help?

You’re probably not losing supply, you’re probably in the beginning stages of leveling out your supply. Breasts overproduce when your baby is born and level off based off his/her feedings. Just take cues from your LO on whether or not you’re producing enough. Just be prepared that in the next week or so he/she will cluster feed due to a growth spurt coming. Cluster feeding does not mean that you aren’t producing enough or that you should supplement.
