Concerned about babys ultrasound

This was taken at my 12w NT scan. Tech said everything looked good. And I was just amazed from seeing my bean. But I was looking closer at the pictures and my baby's tummy looks funny? Like large? I googled other 12w u/s and none of them looked like this. Somebody reassure me that I'm just a worry wart and my baby is fine...
