Is there a name tradition in your family?

I can’t tell you exactly why this happened in my family but I think it just started with my Mom and Aunt wanting to name the girls A names..

Ashley

Amber

Amanda

Andrea (Andee me!!)

My sister had kids young and decided to keep the A name going..

Alexander (Alex)

Alexis (Lexi)

Then my cousin has her kids and also continued...

Aiden

Asher

Another cousin named her girl..

Ashlynn

I also want to continue on the A name we started

Ashton (?)

After my big sister Ashley who passed away (can’t use Ashlynn lol)

I know this can’t go on forever I’m already having a hard time finding A names I love..

So if my family weird or does your family have a family name ‘tradition’??
