I get bad cluster migraines I have decided to go to the doctor. Anyone who has gone for this what should I expect and need to know for when I go. I have just started writing down the days I have my migraines is there point in doing that?

Answer

Yes there is. I get migraines too. I never tracked them when I first started getting them or discussing them with drs. I just noticed that it would happen when it’s really hot out or around my period. I also noticed that my blood pressure would be elevated. Since starting meds for my bp I’ve gotten less migraines. Birth control can also affect them. Don’t expect the first migraine meds they give you to work it takes time.

Yes I have went to the doctor for this same problem, I had debilitating migraines nearly everyday. My doctor asked me where they hormonal and then said I should go get my eyes tested. All was fine so he has put me on anti anxiety tablets which has helped tremendously but I'm still waiting for what happens next.
