Anyone ever felt like they’ve had symptoms a few days after possible conception & actually been pregnant? Because I swear my lower back hurts like hell, slightly nauseous (comes and goes), heat flashes, constipation, gassy & a sex drive like crazy. Idk I could just be anxious but reply please! :) 😌
