HCG levels 70,000... freaking out

Hello All. This is Baby #3 for me. Had some light bleeding and went to Hospital to get checked. They found a heart beat which is good. He did say the yolk sac is measuring at 7wks but the baby measuring at 6. I also have a Perigestational Hemmorage which caused the bleeding. ALL those things worry me, and to add DR. says my HCG was at 70,000. I go back to get checked again on Monday but wondering if any moms out there experienced the same. I had suspicion of me carrying twins prior to, but only seeing one sac and one heart beat put that to rest. Concerned about Little Bean 😔
