baby sitter income

I pay my sitter 2 days / 8 hours a day. I pay her in cash however there’s always a receipt that we write out. She doesn’t work and i believe she doesn’t claim her kids because she is a stay at home mom. Do i need her social to claim that i pay her ? Does she have to claim i pay her?
