baby's bag for hospital?

What all should go in my little man's bag for the hospital I'm a ftm and have no clue what the hospital will provide? so far I have a swaddle, 2 or 3 different outfits different sizes, hat, socks, and mittens. will also be throwing a blanket in it for the car seat on way home. What all do I need?

I took a binky, a swaddle and a couple outfits for pictures but that’s all. Hospitals provide everything ^_^

just a going home outfit, blanket and car seat. if you're in the US the hospital provides everything. and we did mostly skin to skin in the hospital so you don't need clothes for baby during the stay. plus the nurses need easy access for their vitals checks. they provide little shirts with mittens and swaddle baby nice and warm. they provide diapers, wipes, stuff for their first bath. I way over packed and it was annoying.
