I'm 37 weeks 2 days, and ever since last night I've been having pretty consistent period like cramps in my lower abdomen and back. This morning they were much better, but they came back this afternoon and are pretty much constant. Sometimes if I shift or change position they will ease up. I don't really notice my stomach tightening and I'm certainly not screaming in pain or anything, but they've been uncomfortable enough for me to bend over or lean on things if I'm standing to help them go away. It's Saturday night, is this something I should call my midwife over? FTM and just have no clue what is normal or what to expect!
