Abusive X Partner. Continuing DV. *UPDATE

Update- Even though i copped a bit of backlash i contacted her. SHE wanted to speak to me! I'll admit i was wrong for pre judging her. She is lovely and we spoke for over an hour on the phone! she even said the longer she spent with him the more she realised how i must of been feeling with him. He pushed her into a door while holding thier baby.. Bubs is okayish bruised face and traumatized to the point she cant walk out of sight. She has taken out an AVO for herself and son so he wont see the baby for years police said he showed no remorse. 😳😡 We have decided to co-parent the shit out of these kids TOGETHER! She has a room in her house already set up for them with all the stufg she bought them while him and her were together. I was wrong! I pre judged her and i shouldn't have! *Back Story .. My x & i were together 6 years four of those he would be violent with me stitches in my lip broken teeth chocked until i passed out .. very severe traumatic stuff. He came at me one night and i had to defend myself i stabbed him we lost our kids because of it. Fast forward i got full custody of both our kids he has access every second weekend at his house with his new partner & child. He was cheating with her while we were together i hate this girl! 3 months after we lost our kids he got her pregnant. She knew he was abusive with me! Knew that our kids were custody of the state! Knew he was on drugs ... Still got with him and had a baby.. smh. Fast Forward to yesterday kids are at his for the weekend i get a call asking me to come get them.. im like Wtf? Why? Are they okay? Thinking one of them is hurt. His assulted the new gf and cops have been called. FFS! The story i was told is he was taking our two kids swimming put them & everything in the car went inside as he forgot something and she went nuts scratching, hitting & kicking him .. BULLSHIT! He told my son she kicked him in the nuts chocked him and he had massive scratches on his neck.. Now i have to go to family court and change his access this is not happening in front of my kids! Do i contact her and find out what has really happened.. if she will speak to me! Do i leave it and wait to see the report?
