Miscarriage

Has anyone had a heavy bleed & still had a healthy pregnancy? I got up this morning & bled somewhat heavy.. went to the e.r. & got my blood levels checked & was told they went down & that I was having a miscarriage.. I know my chances are no good but I guess I’m just trying to have a little hope that I’ll have a miracle happen..
