Best Disposable Postpartum Underwear?

Any suggestions on good throw away underwear for after baby comes? I don't want to have to worry about ruining my underwear...the easier the better!

Depends. There great for the first few days after and are comfy. After that I found pads worked fine!

I got 2, 6packs of Hanes breathable bikinis from target and they were super comfortable!! I wore the mesh ones for probably about 5-6 days and then switched to these. Seamless under leggings too!

I asked my nurse for a bunch of the mesh and to come home with. I am a huge fan of the mesh undies. Once I ran out I switched to the Walmart maternity panties I bought that were cheap because theyresuper comfy can hold big old diaper size pads in and I plan on throwing them away anyways.
