Omg help!

Soooo I am 38 weeks and 3 days and lately I’ve been constipated but today i have noticed it hurt when I wiped and felt a lump I’m guessing I have hemorrhoids :( it’s just one bubble. What do I do? Who do I call? I’ve never had this before I’m actually really nervous this is going to get worse
