Ive definitely follow up with a doctor. People on here are quick to call miscarriage. I’ve had things like this happen.  Not often, but they do. If you were pregnant, you can test now and check if it was miscarriage. 
If you are still bleeding, in pain (8intense compás ) I’d follow up with my dr. Good luck

Take a test if it was a MC you would still get a positive until your hcg levels go back down.

That looks like A LOT of blood. It was like this for me when I miscarried... do you have any pains at all?

I'm sorry to say but I think that might be a MC.
I've never seen anything like that in my life. 
I would have kept it and took it to the obgyn.
