They could be implantation cramps, but they could also be period cramps. Unfortunately there is absolutely no way of knowing until after youveeither gotten a bfp or your period shows up. They're the same type of cramp.

I had period cramps non stop from the day I ovulated until I was 5/6 weeks pregnant. I kept thinking my period was going to come but I got a BFP around 4w.
