Help ladies! I need your opinions. So we’ve been trying to conceive for about a little over 7 years and I’m had two miscarriages so I know what implantation feels like for me. Both times it was nothing. No cramps, no spotting etc. But I know each pregnancy can be different.

Well, last night I woke up randomly in the middle of the night with severe AF type cramps. The type I only ever get on day one of AF. They lasted only about 2 min and then completed disappeared. I woke up this morning thinking I was going to see a full blown (and early since it’s only CD 20) AF, but there was nothing. Not one drop.

Im about 6dpo. Could this be implantation cramps? They weren’t one sided or anything. It was not my ovaries. It was literally like really strong AF cramps (the type I have to use a heated pad with and take Midol)

Any ideas? Help please!!
