Eggs Benedict
I was in the mood for eggs Benedict this morning and decided to give it a whirl. Came out so delicious! I used an easy basic hollandaise sauce recipe. I used turkey bacon and added some avocado on the English muffin and some fresh jalapeño on top. So yummy 😋
