Creamy CM 10DPO
Hi ladies!
I chart my cycle and I’m 10 DPO.
Whilst I’m making lifestyle changes to have better cycles—and it’s totally paying off (less painful periods, and this month my boobs aren’t so painful), I noticed some creamy CM today. It’s not usual for me—I normally get sticky before my AF.
My temps are still high—for now.
Could this be a sign?
