Im so scared😭

So last night i got really upset and mad and i started crying like i got into a fight with my partner and it was bad im 12 weeks pregnant and after that i calmed down and i started to bleed idk if it blood or brown discharge but it wasn’t like it filled a pad no it was just like dripping and before that i wasn’t having that problem idk i have an ultrasound on Thursday but im scared idk if it normal or if it was a coincidence i also had uti and i might have yeast infection but idk
