cramp starts at the bottom of uterus and goes up to the top.
I'm bouncing on my birthing ball. is this a good sign? I'm 39 weeks on Wednesday, 80 percent effaced and 1cm baby station 0 as of last Wednesday. I've had some mucus plug as yesterday, no show though.
