Episiotomy stitches hanging!?

I’m exactly 1 week pp & I went to use the rest room today & looked down & stitches were hanging 😳 has this happened to anyone before? Or does anyone know if this is ok? I’m kinda freaking out 😩

I know this is mad late but what ever happened with your stitches? I'm 1 week and 2 days postpartum and I have a long stitch hanging down. Starting to freak out

Ask your doc or midwife if you can pop in for someone to check they haven't come undone or started to dissolve already. But whatever you do...DON'T GET THE MIRROR OUT 😲
