I don’t think there was anything wrong with it. She didn’t even have to say anything, she left his things there and when he wakes up he’ll know exactly what happened and why. That’s not truly even ghosting in my eyes.

I don't think anything is wrong with how she went about this... because some people are crazy and that situation could ended up on the news as a murder investigation. So she did the right thing and went on about her life.
