CRAMMMMPS

So i was sitting talking to my neighbor because he lost his wife recently and i wanted to make sure he was okay and then out of no where i experience the wost cramps ive ever had in my life and i cant even describe but it is still going on and i dont know what is going on im not on my period and theres no chance im pregnant (virgin) i dont know whats going on help?!
