Would you be okay with your BF buying another girl's food?

My bf recently told me he bought his girlFRIEND food and it kinda pissed me off. Am I overreacting. Should I just move on or??? What would you guys do?

I wouldn’t care at all. Lol!! So he has a friend who he bought lunch for. What’s the issue? I buy my friends lunch and then they buy me lunch. No biggie. Just because he paid doesn’t make it romantic or a date. Get over it.

Yeah. My boyfriend buys food for his friends from time to time. Some of his friends happen to be female. His friends do the same just as mine do. His friend paid for my bar cover once (and even bought me a couple drinks) because we got separated on a night out and he had my cash- it didn’t mean anything just him being friend to me. I know my boyfriend would do the same for one of my friends or any of his friends, guy or girl (actually I’d be upset with him if he didn’t). Friends cover their friends occassionally. It’s not a big deal. If he bought her a fancy dinner and a romantic restaurant then that would be a problem.

Are friends not allowed to by each other food? Doesn't matter the sex of the person, it's commonly done among friends. Nothing special about it. If you're not okay with this you have some personal issues

Yea. Spotting a meal doesn't mean he is screwing her or anything. I have bought our room mate food before and he has bought for me. Somtines they just need a little help money wise, or just being nice. Getting mad at that kind of thing is just silly in my opinion.

I work with a bunch of guys, I had some buy me food before. Never asked but it was at times that I might have forgot my lunch and didn't have money on me. I always paid them back but all it was, was them being a gentlemen and looking out for a coworker. Now if he was taking a female out to lunch alone I would have questions.

As long as whoever he's buying food for pays him back I don't see a problem with it.
