I stumbled upon this article on Facebook this morning and I thought it would be a good topic to discuss on CC. Do you agree that this 12 year should be charged as an adult for following this woman and pulling a gun on her and stealing her car? Or do you believe he's too young and honestly doesn't fully know better!?
