Lilletta IUD

So i just got my Lilletta IUD placed yesterday and i had a huge headache about an hour of it but luckily it went away with a motrin. Has anyone had any negative side effects while on this IUD ? Also, my husband loves to finish inside of me ( sorry if thats TMI ) but he was super excited when he was reading up on it that some women allow their partners to finish inside them with such a very low chance of getting pregnant. ( yes he read up on MY birth control lol ) Has anyone trusted their IUD 100% to allow their partner to do that? And if so how long did you wait after insertion to allow him to?
