What do you guys think?

so just today, I started getting this sharp stabbing pain in my lower abdomen, probably an inch or so below my belly button. it doesn't feel "crampy," but a sharp stabbing pain. I've had no spotting and I had a BM this morning. not sure if this would warrant a call to the doctors office or just random pregnancy pains. I haven't had an ultrasound yet, so in that aspect, I don't know what's going on...Also, it's not constant, just every so often, for like 2-3 minutes..
