Any feedback is welcomed

I'm so confused. I'll give you all the quick version. Ok so we saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks. I then developed a subchronic hematoma that bleed and I expelled clots. I had an ultrasound on the 18th at 10 weeks and we saw the sac and watched baby dance. I was then went to high risk the next day and they found nothing...no sac no baby. In between the 24 hours I had no bleeding, no cramps and i could hear the placenta on my doppler. I'm seriously thinking I'm crazy. either I lost my baby in 1 day without a miscarriage? Another thing, my uterus is severely tilted almost towards my ass is where my Dr. found everything and the high risk ob didn't look that hard. Sooo here I am thinking I'm freaking crazy and I took a test. I've heard of the hook effect but got a slight line like lighter than I'd like. is this thewh norm when your levels are so high? Please give any advice
