Trying again?

Question

I miscarried on January 11th at 7w4d (baby stopped growing at 6w2d, never had a heartbeat). My doctor suggested waiting 2-3 cycles, but I am just so anxious. We want to try again as soon as possible, but I keep thinking it will just happen again. 
When is a safe time to try again? I had a natural miscarriage and as of today (1/23) I spotted a little brown this morning and nothing else. What’s the likelihood of a miscarriage again? It’s like I’m sitting on pins and needles over here.

doctor told me once the bleeding stops and once the HCG levels go back down completely then it is safe to try again. It difers for women though. you are more fertile after a miscarriage. mine started on the 12th of this month. As long as everything comes out ok, and depending on how far along you were it can be different lengths of time. I was very early in my pregnancy. So early that some women wouldn't have known they were pregnant. So for me, it wasn't as hard on my body physically as if I were 12 weeks or something. I was a little over 4 weeks. My HCG levels on the 12th were only 89 and I have since then tested negative on pregnancy tests. My sister in law got pregnant a few weeks after her miscarriage and I got the cutest nephew now out of that. but she was also very early in her pregnancy when she lost the baby. Trust your doctor but also keep in mind how the miscarriage went for you. consider how far you were and any complications.

I hate to tell u this bc I know it’s not what you want to hear- but your dr knows you better than any of us I would listen to him/her. 
My dr said the same thing the only thing that really stopped me from ignoring it was the fear of mc again. Dr said if you don’t give your body enough time to heal and build itself back up to normal you will not have a strong home for that baby and will be much more susceptible to a 2nd mc and then you have to go thru all that again and wait another 2-3 cycles anyways. So I would hold out if I were you, take this time to do all the things you can’t do when your pregnant and you can still get a lot of great info like still keeping track of cm and your temp ovulation period etc. so when your body (not mind😉) is ready you will have a good game plan/a ton of info. I just had a miscarriage yesterday. We are going to try again. My doctor said “ wait until the bleeding stops and you’re really fertile after a miscarriage & you can get pregnant before your next period is due”

I’ve started trying again after 2 weeks. I’ve stopped bleeding but after we had sex for the first time I bled for 2 days but was brown spotting. My doctor said it was up to me. That she would prefer I waited for first real period but meh. I’m not actively trying but not not trying if that makes sense.

It’s actually less likely for miscarriage after one but I would just look it up.
