Opinions: salary decrease
I had my LO last year and was going to return to work part time. I met with my boss yesterday and in our meeting he mentioned I wouldn’t be paid the same as I was before. It would be A LOT less. My role wouldn’t change and I’d still be doing what I was before, just part time. Am I wrong to feel like that isn’t right?
