Civil Divorce & Custody Help

Anyone have ideas for a fair custody agreement and child support amount? My husband and I have talked about divorce because we have complete different plans for the future. He wants to stay in the military, I want to settle down in our home state. We have a 3 month old daughter. He makes 2200 a month idk if that affects how much child support he should owe. I'm not trying to blindside him with an outrageous amount but we do want it to be fair. He's the type that would still help out more if needed but we want to be sure everything is in writing. Also, since we are going to be living in different states, how does custody work with a young kid. We agreed I'd have full custody but how does summers or holidays work? If our daughter was older it would be easier but I'm not comfortable with her being away whole summers so young. Can you do temporary custody agreements? Like until she reaches a certain age then we can re discuss an agreement.
