Diaper rash?

My baby has a diaper rash that won’t go away. I’ve tried desktop and AD ointment. Any suggestions

Baking soda bath and naked time. If it’s warm enough let the poor thing nap with a naked and just change a guilted towel from under them if they go while sleeping.

triple paste is also really good. You might also want to put down some towels and let baby have some naked tummy time before bath to really air out. If it persists it might be something serious and you might need to go too the doctor. yeast rash is really hard to get rid of
