Is it possible to be pregnant again after having a surgical abortion 3 weeks ago? Have had 3 tests coming back as positive all with strong red lines

id call your doctor and ask them as it could be left over hormones. and if your not wanting a baby id see about getting om birth control...... and of you havent had unprotected sex you shouldnt be pregnant
