Figuring out the fertility problem...

Back history: I had DD by c-section in 2012 with no complications other than IUGR. We began TTC in April 2017 and got pregnant first cycle. pregnancy ended at 13 weeks for unknown reasons (however we do know I had a subchorionic hematoma) Had a D&C; in August. Waited for one cycle like the doctor asked. Tried again, had a chemical pregnancy. Tried two more cycles and nothing. Tried this last cycle and had another chemical.

My cycles are pretty much spot on 30 days. Ovulate on day 16 each month. Period is 7 days every month.

I do have hypothyroidism. I take 75 mcg synthroid daily. My TSH is very low, 0.34.

In each of my pregnancies, my progesterone is always in the 20s.

Both my husband and I are pretty healthy. No known genetic issues in either family. We haven’t been tested though. We take vitamins daily.

The only thing that stands out to me to be an issue is that every month I have very painful ovulation and when I’ve implanted it hurts way more than I think it should.

Any experiences or ideas of what else may be the issue? I have an appointment on Feb 7th to start looking into what the issue is. TIA
