So I live with my in-laws right now for financial reasons. I love them and have no issues with them, besides this one thing.

They leave butter on the kitchen counter. It’s not like a “oops, I forgot this”. They leave it out, all the time. What’s worse. They continue to use it. Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought butter was supposed to be in the fridge. It absolutely disgusts me but it’s there house so I don’t say anything. I just needed to say something to someone since my husband and I are currently on different shifts and hardly get a chance to talk.
