Do pregnancy symptoms come and go?

5 weeks today and my pains just come and sometimes my nipples don’t hurt at all but then hurt again later... 
is this normal?

yes! my boobs hurt...then they didnt...now I feel like my nipples are being chewed on by a rabid dog. every body is different and symptoms can fluctuate.

Yes they come and go.

Im 15w2d and have had VERY LITTLE symptoms. It’s completely normal. Although they may hit you later on then again maybe not. Everyone is different .
