11 dpo and weight gain

ive gained 5 lbs. my diet hasn't changed. af due the 28th. i usually only gain 1-3 lbs before af shows her face. what do you ladies think? i had af like cramping at 7 dpo. mild cramps at 9 dpo. i keep getting a waves of smells that make me gag. its just all bad. ive bn getting charlie horses the past 2 days. ladies im just a hot mess. ive only experienced charlie horses with my last pregnancy. what do yall think?
