My periods are pretty spot on and AF was due on the 23rd but the 22nd I started having very light pink bleeding then it got heavy then stopped then started again for a few hours and now I’m not bleeding again

Prior to the light pink blood I was getting cramps (Not period like cramps) and my boobs were hurting.

Every month my chin breaks out in acne WICKED BAD but this month it didn’t.

I just don’t know what to think

Could it have been implantation or my period ?

It didn’t feel like a period btw.
