Would you consider Cardio drumming safe while pregnant?

I'm thinking about doing a 1 hour cardio drumming class with my MIL tonight. I've been active pretty much my whole pregnancy, I'm just about 22 weeks. If you'd advise against it please say why 😁

Any exercise when pregnant is safe. UNLESS you're just now starting to exercise & your body isn't used to it. I wouldn't suggest running a 5K today if you haven't before. I'm sure the drumming thing is fine. Just take it easy

One exercise that I know is super okay is spinning, because you can be seated/use the handlebars for support/balance. I don’t know much about cardio drumming lol My doctor said that any exercise shouldn’t be so strenuous that you can’t hold a conversation with someone. I had to cancel my kickboxing gym membership 😫

I know cardio is safe, but I know my doctor also told me to make sure my heartbeat does not exceed 140 beats per minute. But different doctors could recommend different things.
