Question guys, how important are kegals? I see it on my log every day and just became curious?? What does it do for you??

I have a friend who did NOT do them and now she has to go to physical therapy after giving birth. So I’ve been doing them lol

I finally started them. I read that it makes your muscles stronger for pushing and also helps prevent urinary incontinence after birth.

I did them every day while pregnant and had an easy delivery (pushed for 9 minutes) and haven’t had any issues since i gave birth 7 months ago.

I didn’t do them and didn’t pee myself before during or after pregnancy
