what due date has been more accurate for you?

my dates from my lmp and my ultrasound are exactly a week different. US says I'm a week behind... obviously they're all approximate dates, but they're letting me choose my "official due date".  my periods are VERY regular.... which one would more accurate?

Measurement was more accurate for me. All women ovulate at different points in their cycles, so typically measurement is more accurate at a very early gestation

My US measurement was 6 days later than my LMP so they used my US as my due date. I ended up giving birth 19 days early, so my LMP would have been closer, but still 13 days off.

My ultrasound measurements were off both pregnancies. Both LPM and ultrasounds are just estimations. All babies grow at different rates so there’s no way to really tell for sure.

Both thoes dates were within a day of each other so i guess both were accurate

The measurements from my first US were exactly from my ovulation day (I had + opk and had sex that night) so that’s what my ob went with. Now I’m 32w1d and measuring a bit ahead... probably thanks to the gestational diabetes.

i was exactly the same. first ultrasound showed a week behind my lmp, but baby caught up and at the next ultrasound was measuring with my lmp
