How to get my iron up?

So, I’m almost 13 weeks expecting. I was told I was low in iron. Any ideas on how to get it up?

Iron rich foods such as spinach, quinoa, lentils, broccoli and beans. Don’t consume iron together with calcium as it inhibits your body’s ability to absorb it properly. Also liquid chlorophyll (amazon) can help your body to absorb it better. I got my iron up from a 9 to a 13. Also, make sure you are taking a good pre-natal supplement as well (preferably non-synthetic).
